“He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; he set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand.”
God has liberated you for good, so get out of bed each day with the mindset of a victor. Celebrate each day with joy and hope for the best of God’s abundance. These motivational messages will help you grow and believe that your relationship with the Lord is never in vain.
When David was in a serious predicament, it was hard for him to stand stable, he struggled to lift himself out of the deep waters, so he cried out to the Lord for help. God heard his cry and pulled him out of that mire clay. God set David’s feet on a solid rock and made his feet secure.
What is your reaction when you are in a deep struggle in life? Who do you cry to when you no longer see a way out of that predicament? When the enemies come attacking you, where do you go for help?
Like David, when you find yourself in deep waters, call and cry to the Lord because He is the author and the finers of our faith. He is the divine rescue who knows when to deliver you.
Prayer For Today
Thank you, Lord, for your love and kindness toward me. Thank you for your word that promised always to be around when I cry for help. Help me, dear Lord, always remember to cry to you whenever I’m in a deep struggle.
