There are different kinds of betrayals. Like lying and putting your spouse down both in public and in private. Physical violence, humiliating your spouse, and committing an act of emotional and physical infidelity.

Most people will experience one or all of these betrayals mentioned above in their lifetime. When betrayal occurs, it drains you both emotionally and mentally. It will be best to reflect on what has happened. Come to terms with your feelings and stay away from the people who betrayed you.

Some people try to make it work, not realizing how deep the hurt of betrayal can be and how deep it can affect its victim mentally.
It will be a good idea to physically and digitally distance yourself from such a person as this might allow them to reflect on their actions.

It will be the best time to put your needs first. You need to love yourself.
When a betrayal occurs, it might be hard to understand why it happens.
There are possibilities that you might start blaming yourself and wondering where you missed it.

A person who chose to betray their spouse had already made up their mind before doing it. So why cry over a relationship that caused you pain and anxiety? It is time to let go and work on your personal development.
When you are betrayed by the person you confessed your love to, the one you promised to share the rest of your life with, it hurts even more than anyone can imagine.

If you forgive and you want to try to make the relationship work, it might also require you to adjust your values and rebuild your self-esteem. Betrayal causes emotional stress and emotional anxiety, so think before you take any action.

Please feel free to share this post with your friends and loved ones.

Remember, I am your sister in Christ.

Love you.

Remain blessed.
