A lot of things are happening in these end-time churches, Where you have all kinds of doctrine and denominations, lots of people, have been deceived into believing that the more they give or sow seed in the hands of their prophets, the more they will be blessed these false preachers, only honor those that openly blessed them they sing praises to them, thereby making them pompous and arrogant.
In the book of Luke 21:1-38 take your time to read the whole verse, there was a poor widow who had nothing, but when it comes to giving her offering, she gave everything out. Other rich people were proudly exhibiting their riches and pressurizing people with their riches. This widow offering was accepted because she gave from a pure heart.
In this modern-day and end time churches, lots of people are been made to believe that the more they give they more they will stay connected to their prophet or apostle, rather they bribe their way into the hearts of these false prophets and teachers who have nothing to add to their lives.
Giving is supposed to be with love and not expecting nothing in return when you give is because you love Jesus and you give to the poor. When given becomes a thing of competition, where a man of God calls people out, saying l need the first 20 people to touch my hand with a worthy seed, people running and fighting to be the first to give this is the sign of the end time and the book of Luke made us understand that the people are doomed.
Specifically in Luke 1:8-9 Jesus warned, that people should be watchful because the doomsday is around the corner, He said, most leaders, prophets, and teachers apostle will show up with forged identities, claiming they are the prophets of God, performing all manners of miracles this has become a routine to them, they even fight among themselves for post and offices, they betray one another but no matter what, Jesus warned us to guide ourselves so that we will not be deceived.
Are you in a place where you are not recognized because you are poor? I am here to encourage you, just like that poor widow who gave from her heart all she had, and her offering was the one recognized by heaven. That is what your giving should be. Don’t ever go borrowing because you want to impress any man of God.
