Loneliness is the state of being alone and feeling sad about it. Feeling alone is having the impression that no one sees you or cares about your feelings. Loneliness can be frustrating and hard to accept, but there are ways to deal with loneliness. When you feel lonely, you feel abandoned.
When this happens, turn to Jesus and call on Him, study His word, and invite the holy spirit to control and possess your body and soul. I have experienced loneliness, and l know how that state of mind. It feels like rejection and the feeling that no one cares about you.
It’s better to be alone than endure abuse in either marriage or a relationship with unfriendly friends. The first step in dealing with loneliness will be reconciling oneself to one’s circumstances. Loneliness can be a horrible experience, but with God, it is possible to overcome it.
Having God to share your worries with will be a good starting point to deal with your lonely state of mind. Deal with your loneliness by getting yourself involved in better activities that elevate others. Retrieve from contaminated gatherings and stay away from fake and jealous friends. Loneliness can become chronic if not dealt with.
I’m here to encourage you that you are loved and precious in God’s sight. He will do anything to bring you out of that loneliness and put a smile on your face again. You’re special and created for a purpose, and because you’re still breathing, his purpose for your life will fully manifest.
True hope is in Christ Jesus who sees, understands, and feels your pain from the past hurt. He is the mighty God that doesn’t focus on your scars or past mistakes but chooses to see the beauty in you.
If you are contemplating suicide due to loneliness, please change your mind because you’re the apple of God’s eyes, and abiding in God will make the shackles of loneliness fall.
