How To Become Real With Yourself!

Written by Jane van Zundert

Hi, I am Jane, I am married and a mother of four. My mission in life is to inspire and motivate you, on how you can break free from fear, shame, and resentment and start creating a balanced life, so that you can begin to enjoy your total freedom and never get stuck again in life.

Do you know that 95% of people are not real to themselves? It’s the truth but bitter to hear. Most people live all their lives trying to impress or imitate others. They compare themselves and measure their success with others.

In life, there will always be someone greater, better, more beautiful, more talented, much richer, and even more famous than you. So trying to fit into another person’s image will ruin your life purpose.

One thing that I have come to realize, these past years, is, there is nothing so precious than living out your very true self. It brings satisfaction, happiness, and fulfillment. This will energize you to go after your real passion rather than trying to imitate others.

Here Are Some Ways To Start Becoming Your Real Self!

  • Avoid Competition- Never try to compete with anyone. Just stay in your uniqueness, because each one of us is born with our talent, this is what makes us special when we display it with our uniqueness. Learn to be the best in what do.
  • Be Bold To say No- Saying no can be very difficult, but when you finally gain the confidence to say NO when the need be you become real with yourself. That pressure of trying to please everyone but you will be gone and you will begin to live the real you.
  • Stop Looking For Who To Complete You- You are the only one that can complete you, others are there to add to it. But when you are looking for others to complete you, by waiting for them to applaud what you, then you must be ready to accept their negativity over you. Learn to be your number one fan, love yourself, and enjoy what you do. Be grateful for who you are born to be.
