You Can Overcome Anything With The Following Steps

How will you feel, when you know you have the power to over anything? Is it that trial? that broken marriage? Or that financial limitation? or any challenge of life. Then keep reading. I have ten steps that have helped me overcome several problems and situations. Been abandoned in relationships, left alone to to care for four children.

These steps are God giving solutions, they are universal and empowering. You can apply these steps literally to any situation. I will quickly give you a tip, that no matter what you are going through, these steps cannot help you overnight. it is you, that need to adapt each day to them, depending on how far you have been in that situation. But the more you practice on these steps, the easier for you to overcome anything.

Ruth in the book of Ruth 1:1-23 Ruth lost her husband and father inlaw. She was pressurized by her mother-inlaw to return to her people. Ruth refused to quit. They were two, Orpah kissed her mother-in-law and left. She was not able to stand the pressure and stress. Ruth chooses to see the end of her life journey she was not a quitter. She said to her mother-in-law, where ever you go I will go, your God shall be my God.

It takes a lot of courage and determination for her to do that. That is why I have carefully put these steps together.

1. Accepting That You Can’t Change The Past

Whatever has happened in the past, and how it has affected us, cannot be changed. The only thing that is required is recognizing that it happened and has affected us in one way or the other, thereby looking for a way to avoid reoccurrence. Learn from that mistake. When you have fully and genuinely accepted the past incident then you are free to move on with your life. So don’t be desperate in trying to change what has happened in the past. let the past remain in the past and learn from it.

2. Live in the present

Accepting that the past mistake has been made, and taking responsibility makes you comfortable to leave in the present. You can only empower yourself when you know how bad that past life has affected you. You can not stop the past situations from showing up, but what you can do is to shut it up and send a message to your mind that yes it has happened but I will not hang on to the past mistake. I am ready to move on. I want to live in the present now. I am done with the past. Anytime, you recognized that thought and switch to a positive one, you will find yourself living in the present.

Like Ruth, she knew she has lost everything, but she was DETERMINE to move on despite the painful loss. She finally got the chance to live in her present by getting married to a rich landowner. she brought about the linage of King David.

3. Be Truthful To Yourself And Your Emotions

If we are truthful to ourselves we will see that, there is nothing we cannot overcome. Our past will always be our past. It is valid. One thing will help. Don’t pretend about it, you don’t have to carry the heavy load alone and pretend that everything is fine, when they are not. To be truthful to yourself and your emotions means that you can say yes’ that you are hurting, it might take time to heal. Accept the emotions that come with it. Be truthful to your emotions, you will find yourself be relieved of that past hurts and painful emotions as the days go by.

4. Self Love

Loving your self matters a lot when you want to overcome in life. Most times we tell ourselves lots of things that if we were to examine ourselves we will be in a closed institution. I am not here to use harsh words but am talking from my angel. I told myself lots of things, that if I look back now, I will prefer to reverse it. Love yourself say positive affirmations to yourself. replace I CAN’T WITH I AM.

5. Don’t Quit Keep On Going And Trying

Most at times when we are trying to move on or overcome painful situations in our lives, things might not be clear. When you say to yourself that no matter what life has thrown to my face l will not quit trying. A message is sent to your brain and that will give you more energy not to quit. Most at times, most of us give up on the verge of a breakthrough.

Like Ruth she pushed her self out of her comfort zone, she was determined to move on with life, she was willing to LEARN new culture. She said to Naomi, your God will be my God. She listens to the instruction given to her by her mother-in-law, she went into the rich man’s house and thereby leading him to redeem her for a wife.

Start Today By Taking That Bold Steps In Overcoming Anything In Life.
