When Jesus is not the main message in your church, run for your life. Most churches today no longer preach Jesus as the center of their messages. Miracles and stage testimonies are the center of their messages.
They have so emphasized on it that when their followers come out to testify, they no longer say how Jesus delivered them but how anointing oil, holy water, wrist band, handkerchief, necklace, red juice which has become labeled as the blood of Jesus.
The funny part is that these prophetic materials have an expiry date. Does Jesus have an expiring date? This shows the level of decay and damage that has been done in churches. Any preacher who engages their followers in some other doctrines apart from the message of Jesus should close down their churches. If you belong to such a ministry, run for your life because there is no light in there.
Jesus is the only healer, when you come to Him you are totally liberated. You don’t need prophetic materials, staged miracles, and staged testimonies to be delivered. Jesus is the only answer!
Such churches are now entertainment centers and when the show is finished, offerings, tithes, prophetic seeds are collected and people go home more depressed. When you engage such people, all you hear them say is how powerful their man of God is, and how many miracles they can perform. When they are engaged with questions about the scriptures, you will find out that they are totally empty.
Looking around today there are lots of false preachers who no longer operate in the spirit of God, but hire some comedians and actors who come into their churches to act drama and make people laugh. The followers will keep on sowing seeds, engaging in religious fasting, and even after doing all these things they still become very lonely and depressed. Here is the truth, anyone who is in such ministry can never be fully happy, because the light of Christ is not in them.
In John 14:6 it is said that Jesus is the only way, the truth, and the light. In John 8: 12 it is said that Jesus is the Light of the World. Anyone who must gain total freedom and liberty must submit to the sound doctrine of Christ. They must believe in the sacrificial work of Christ, which are death, burial, and resurrection. After they have done this they should begin to nurture themselves with the scriptures.
In the book of Ezekiel 13 (read this bible verse to understand more) you will come to understand that we have been warned, against these false teachers. Lots of people refuse to study the Bible and discover Christ for themselves. This is why there are more victims of false preachers than those who are following the true gospel of Jesus, which is the sound doctrine.
The year has just started, decide what you want. Are you willing to continue living in the lies of false prophets and their false doctrines or you are ready to unlearn the false doctrines and follow the sound doctrine of Christ?
