Learn To Bounce Back From Humiliation!

No one likes to be humiliated or embarrassed in public. Humiliation has made some people ashamed of themselves and even made them lose their self-confidence.
No matter how you have been humiliated, whether in your marriage, career, job, or even among your friends. I am here to encourage you to learn to bounce back. Stop hiding in shame!

Come out from your shell and start exhibiting that talent and passion of yours. Everyone has a voice, that thing you have been humiliated for, there are people somewhere that want to learn from It. There is never a mistake without a lesson.

I was abandoned so many times, by men I thought were in love with me. I was also left alone with four kids. I felt humiliated and that even led to depression.

From the moment I discovered who I am, I picked up the pieces, and here I am today helping other women to see past their shame, fear, and resentment. I could not have done it alone, it was by the grace and the mercy of Jesus Christ that brought me this far.

Are you ready to shine your light and let the world see how precious you are? Are you willing to move out of shame, fear, and resentment? Then use these 3 tips.

1. Know Christ

Christ is the light of the world. As a believer, your knowledge of the word of God and your belief in the sacrificial work of his dear son Jesus Christ will help you bounce back from humiliation. You have the DNA of Christ. He was humiliated for your sake, He was beaten and spat on. He was called names, He was mocked. All this was because of you. So be strong and courageous. , don’t get distracted feed yourself with the scriptures, and those that mock and humiliate you will soon turn around to celebrate you.

2. Turn That Humilation To Positive

Not all humiliation is out to destroy you. There are always lessons to be learned from it. When you are humiliated, learn to turn it into positive. Get the best out of shame and resentment. Don’t be afraid to pick up the pieces. Limiting yourself will never help but when you fall, learn to stand again.

3. Self- Love

When people are humiliated, they tend to hide in shame. Hiding will never help matters but how you value yourself. Love you and, what you stand for because people can give their advice but believing in you and loving you will help you get over humiliation.
