Fear is an imagination or thought that we process and magnify in our minds. When you are too scared, it can lead to anxiety. The only way to deal with fear is to be bold to face it. Trying to avoid it will prevent you from moving forward in life and that led to anxiousness.


The secret is to be gentle with yourself. Take time to do that what you love. Sometimes when you find yourself panicking, the best thing is to take a break, look for what motivates you, but if you have been traumatized, do not hesitate to seek professional help.


Know that you are a human being and not a human doing. So when you feel a sense of fear and anxiety. Immediately reflect on 5 things you can do to relax your mind. Practicing self-love and being content with all you have can also help you get rid of fear and anxiety. Be grateful for life when you are scared and anxious, know that you cannot control everything but your mind and your thoughts.


To be able to overcome fear and anxiety, go to the root of that thought that triggers the fear in you and find out if it is worth the anxiousness, it is also very important to leave within your means and stop comparing yourself to others.
