Sometimes, you have to be willing to stand alone. You must willing to walk alone in your journey, it can be for a moment, day, weeks, months, even years.
You have to be willing to fight for yourself because you are the only one who can see the vision given to you by God. You must be willing to take that bold step and make that desicion, by letting go of some people in your life.
You must be willing to let some people off the hook, just to get you. You need time to love and know yourself. you must be willing to walk on that part of your journey alone. It can be very lonely and sad, but at the appointed time you will smile and rejoice if you are willing to go on that road.
You need to understand, that as you begin to explore in your vision, not all people will see it. It is for you and you got it from God.
No one else will get your vision or see your vision, because God did not give it to them. It was designed for you alone. It is for you alone run with it.
The only thing that is required of you is to listen to God in your quiet moment, write it down on a book, nurture it in your heart and mind. Let everything you do be revolved around your vision. Feed it with you power, strength, fuel it with your finance, it might be that ministry, carrier, anything at all. Water it as if it is your baby and add action to it, so that it can be born through your help and determination.
I have been speaking for the past twenty years. Yes to my mirror. I remember when I was still very young, back home in Africa, the television only starts at 4 pm. So I and my siblings will sit in front of that old television waiting for the news to start, why? Because I was interested in becoming a journalist, but as time goes on, I developed a strong interest in speaking.
I will always stand in from of my mirror with an empty bottle and begin to speak. Yes, that was my vision. And today looking back now, it is what I enjoy doing. I love to encourage people and when people come to me, to ask me a simple question, how do I know my purpose.
I simply tell them that you will know by the passion you feel. When you are in your purpose, you will find fulfillment and satisfaction in what you do. Build up your muscles in those quiet moments, even when everyone else sees it as a crazy idea. Just like me, I quit everything to follow my dream. Do thesame and your joy will be full.
So you have to be willing to walk alone. Even if your family, friends even your husband finds it crazy, hold on to it.
Habakkuk, 2:2 2-3
”And the Lord answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end, it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry”.
Celebrate yourself with your vision, because there is a lot of things you want to do, giving up should not be one of them.
