Learn To be Grateful!

Written by Jane van Zundert

Hi, I am Jane, I am married and a mother of four. My mission in life is to inspire and motivate you, on how you can break free from fear, shame, and resentment and start creating a balanced life, so that you can begin to enjoy your total freedom and never get stuck again in life.

When you learn to be grateful it turns whatever you have and who you are into been enough because gratefulness is a powerful catalyst for happiness.

Have you ever wonder why lots of people remain where they are? It’s because the spirit of ungratefulness has overshadowed their thinking so all they see is not enough.

Take time to do the following and you will be shocked by what you have and the opportunities before you.

1. Check where You Used To Be

It is good to look back into the past and compare it with your present state you will find out how God has been so faithful to you. When you start appreciating where you are today, more doors of opportunities will be open.

2. Be Open To Gratitude Prayer

Learn to pray a prayer of gratitude. This means appreciating God for who he is and what he has given you. To be able to wake up in the morning is more than enough to be grateful for. When you know how many people went to bed with big dreams and never wake to see the other day, you will learn to be grateful even for the air you breathe.

3. Use Positive Words

Use a reminder like a write up where you remind yourself of how lucky you are to be alive. Write in your journal how blessed you are each day and remember that a grateful heart will always attract blessings so let your countenance be full always.

 Psalm 9:1 ”I will give thanks to you, Lord, with all my heart;

I will tell of all your wonderful deeds.

Please feel free to share this post with your friends and loved ones.

Remember, I’m your sister in Christ.

Love you
