Is it not obvious how many lives fear has ruined? Because lots of people abandoned who they are just because they are scared, fear is an illusion and an imagination of unknown things that arose nervousness and break people down into an anxious mood. It is known that lots of people, especially women, are afraid to follow their dreams. Why and what is holding them back? Careful research has shown that women are easily scared to follow their dreams because of an unseen factor call fear.
What if I told you that fear is nothing but false evidence appearing real.
To overcome fear is not complicated as you think. All you need is the ability to identify it and whatever triggers that fear in you.
To succeed in life, you need to know that fear is an unwanted guest who has tormented lots of people. When I discovered what fear is, I took it upon myself to let go of whatever imagination l was holding onto that caused me to break down.
To overcome fear there is a need to acknowledge that fear is not real but only mental mind games played in your subconscious mind. So whenever you feel afraid take a deep breath and say to yourself fear is not real. You can also overcome fear by listing everything that gets you scared. Look at it and, you will be surprised that it is an illusion.
It is so insane to go around with something that doesn’t exist. So fear is not just a negative feeling, thought, or reaction to an unknown thing, but it’s also a destroyer of lives.
Fear is lies that got its grips on peoples holding them back from their dreams but can be overcome by ignoring that negative feeling and move on.
Do not be scared to get out of that comfort zone and face the realities of life.
