It Is An Insult For a Believer To Go For Deliverance!

A man without Christ will continue to live in crisis. When you have Christ in your life, the holy spirit will continue to direct your steps and Christ will become the hope of glory in you. Colossians 1:27.

Have you been asked to go for deliverance? It’s a lack of ignorance that makes believers do that. Lots of people lack the knowledge of the word of God and his promises, the reason why Christ came to die for us. It has led to lots of frustration and, false preachers are using that medium to take advantage of people.

Colossians 1:13. Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son, Jesus Christ.

Colossians 1:13 open our eyes to the knowledge that Christ has delivered us from all power of darkness, altars as some false prophets will put it, and has translated us into the kingdom of his dear son Jesus.

False preachers out there, especially those that claim the titles of prophets and prophetesses, have turned their churches into drama centers and take deliverance to be one of the activities to entertain and drain their followers of their money and leave them mentally, physically, and emotionally drained.

In the real sense deliverance, is not a prayer or activity but means the transformation or movement from one kingdom to another. So when a person lives without Christ, he lives in darkness, but the moment he accepts Christ and the vital work of salvation, he is being translated, into the kingdom of light, Christ, now lives in him and becomes the hope of all glory.

In the book of Colossians 1:13, the words hath, delivered, translated all are in the past tense. The price of our salvation and freedom has been paid long ago. Any person who still engages in deliverance after he has received Jesus is acting in ignorance.
It is an insult for anyone to take deliverance as an act to be set free or still engage in the activity call deliverance service.

My question is if Jesus was slain even before the foundation of the world and took upon him the sins of the world. He that had no sin became sin so that you and I will be liberated for life. Why are you still holding onto deliverance and believing the lies of false preachers out there, that there is one altar from your father’s house that is holding you bound?

The answer is, go back to the scriptures, look for messages that teach you the work of salvation, and begin to disconnect yourself from the false teachings and doctrine you might have been exposed to. Receive Jesus today because tomorrow might be too late.
