Lots of people are looking forward to having a big house, get married to their dream spouse, have the latest cars, being able to travel when the need be and, some hoping to get that good grade. etc. Do you also know that lots of people spend their time doing things others are doing thereby abandoning their calling and expect to see a result?

All these are good, but before you think of success, you must know the definition of it. Success is the progressive realization of a worthy ideal.

Lots of people wake up in the morning, go to work they are not passionate about. They do things just to get by or because everyone does it and, they expect to get the same result as someone who knows what they want and has an idea they are working on. As long as a person keeps on focusing on an idea without being distracted, then he/she is a successful person.
Success is when a person knows what he wants and has a predetermined plan toward it. There is no successful person without a goal.

Successful people don’t, imitate others, they run away from comparison. They stay in their uniqueness and building on the talent God has given to them. This set of people knows that everyone else has been chosen except them. So all they do is focus on their talent and get the knowledge that will help them bring out the best in them.

The only successful people are those that say to themselves. I’m born to do this and begin to work towards that goal. If you are a wife and mother, never say to yourself that you are just a stay home mum, because without you taking care of those kids there might be a problem. If you are called to be a teacher, stay focused on that, because that is what makes you a successful person.

Finally having a predetermined goal and working it out with your uniqueness is what makes you a successful person.
