Learn to stop overreacting by learning to control your emotions. When you get hurt or face some challenges. Pause and think of the best way to handle it. Discipline your mind with positive affirmations.
Let go of hurt and forgive people. Learn to set your boundaries. When your mind is full of unforgiveness, you will likely overreact when people offend you. Love and treat yourself well because you cannot give what you don’t have.
