Proverbs 13:20 NIV He who walks with the wise grows wise, but a companion of fools suffers harms.

Having friends is good, but you might want to be aware of the dangers of hypocritic friends because if care is not taken, it can lead to a fatal ending. You will want to avoid friends that say one thing but end up doing something else. You can never trust or rely on them because they are like water waves.

Here Are Some Things To Look Out For

1. Friends that appreciate those that are in power more than you. They run after those they can benefit from and, they love boasting.

2. Friends that are envious of your achievements, and, full of jealousy, can betray you at the slightest opportunity.

3. Friends that want you to do what they say but will never follow your advice if they get one.

4. Friends that always preach patient and tolerance but will never follow what they preach.

5. Friends that secretly push you out but will never stand for you when the hit comes.

These kinds of friends are everywhere. In your place of fellowship, school, workplace, even among your family members. Beware of them. Judas was among the twelve, but he secretly betrayed Christ for pieces of silver. 

Be wise and choose your friends wisely and, your life will never remain the same.
