Lots of people have been misled over the years concerning the gospel of Jesus Christ. What they know about Christ was handed over to them either by their fathers or preachers who don’t know better. Most people are being brainwashed to believe that it’s only by their works that they will be saved or get whatever breakthrough they want. Ephesians 2:8-9 For by grace, you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.
Those false preachers out there have turned the gospel of Jesus into a lucrative business.
When you hear these false preachers, they come up with different kinds of programs like two nights with the kings, not my head not my blood, the harvest of babies, etc. Desperate women looking for the fruit of the womb are asked to sow a seed that represents nine months according to the currency of their country.
I know of people in Nigeria who will pay nine thousand nairas and were also commanded to buy a baby package from the church. The book op James 1:17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change. Until you believe that it is only God that can fulfill all your heart’s desire, not man, you might continue to fall into the hands of false preachers.
These false teachers invite all kinds of comedians and entertainers, who come to boost their stage miracles. My question is, where is Jesus in all this? When you carefully observe such ministries, you will find out that they have so brainwashed their members with false doctrine that is only beneficial to their bank accounts. These false teachers will spend time advertising their miracles and testimony and leave little or no space for the true gospel of Christ. They never tell the people that it is only faith in the finished work of Christ that can give them whatever they need.
This is the season of the new testament movement, and the mission is to re-introduce Christ to this generation. The end of such drama is coming to an end very soon because lots of people are coming to light after hearing the real truth of the gospel.
People are un-learning the rubbished that has been preached to them and re-learning the sound doctrine of Christ.
In the book of Matthew 27:51 At that moment the curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom. The earth shook the rocks split. The death of Christ has paid all so, be careful never to allow anyone deceive you by telling you that it is only by your works and money that will enable you to be set free. You are already set free and Christ in you is the hope of Glory. Colossians 1:27 To them God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.
Be wise, the bible told us in the book of 2 Timothy 2:15 Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
