AIM HIGH

aim high

To aim high means to be ambitious and the ability to hit a target in life. In life, we as Christians try all our best to be what God wants us to be, but most times we miss it because we have too many things in our mind we think is the right way to live.

I will be pointing out some things that we really need to know and need to be put in place to leave a fulfilled life that God has promised us.

1. Avoid people that seek  to control you and silent your personality

Avoid people that seek to control you and silent your personality, these soul tie and dominary people who come to your life and manipulate you and control you. They won’t let you breathe. Such people won’t let you be yourself, try to avoid these kind of relationship. They can be everywhere, it can be a family member, grandmother, co- worker a fellow Christian people who just puts you down. You have to like what they like, eat what they eat, go where they go and if you don’t do this, such people will think something is wrong with you. Such people are quick to give you there opinion about everything. If you have such people in your life, be bold to tell them when they are wrong and never agree with their opinion, it is only then you can aim at your target.

2. Exercise your body and your mind

Exercise your body and your mind this is not just for you to look good. This is for longevity, stress management and so you can sleep at night. Exercise your body, your mind, read something other than just watching television. Read the Bible and motivational books. The Bible has everything you need to live life, is a guide to your daily activities. When you read positive books, your mind will be enlightened. When you exercise your mind, it will not go shrinking, because when your mind starts shrinking you will then begin to settle for lower things and your flesh starts taking over.

3. Know who you are

Know who you are. ln Luke 15:17 ”And when he came to himself, he said, How many hired servants of my father have bread enough and to spare and I perish with hunger” In this story of the prodigal son, we are reminded, that when we are too busy or in a hurry to get to our destiny and to achieve all we want in life, we might end up losing everything. Also in the book of Galatians 6:4 ”But let every man prove his own work and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another”

4. Stay focused

Stay focused. Knowing who you are and who you are called to be in life is a major thing. In other to be able to get to our destiny. For example, if you are born to be a pastor or to preach the word of God and you decided to go into business and thereby ignoring the voice of God, there is every possibility that you may not succeed in your business until you turn around and go for what you are called to become. Knowing what you want and staying focused is the way to your success. Many great destinies have be chatted because of this.
