Fear is defined as false evidence appearing real. It means that fear starts with a thought in our mind and the more you magnify it, the sooner it appears real. That is what false prophets, prophetess, apostles, teachers, evangelist, etc use to keep their followers in bondage.
Lots of people have failed even before they started just because of FEAR. It can be fear of death, poverty, divorce failure, etc. Until your mind never allows fear to stand as an obstacle to your success, there will always be a problem.
When God created us, He created us in his image after his likeness He breathed into our nostrils the breath of life and told us to go into the world and multiply, and dominate everything.
So, if God gave us authority over everything, we are not supposed to be scared of the unknown. The only thing required of us is to wave fear away in all aspects of our lives. Be bold and determined, stay away from rumors or mere ear say.
Lots of false preachers are fond of using fear as their weapon to enslave their followers in many ways, they give only messages of doom and fear, there is always something fighting their followers either from their father’s house of mother’s house. They know that everyone is determined to succeed, so they come with a prophecy, that until a certain sacrifice is paid, they can never get out of that family problem.
In the book of Genesis 12:14-20, Abraham was so scared that he told his wife Sarah to deny him as his husband for fear of been killed by Pharaoh because she was fair to look upon. Abraham forgot that he was a child of God.
This is the same Bible verse that false prophet uses to instigates fear in their followers, making them believe that it is an inherited curse from their fathers. Just because Isaac also denies his wife. Most of us are like Abraham, we have allowed people’s opinions to instigate fear in us.
Lots of people have gotten into a wrong congregation, and those false prophets out there have succeeded in manipulating their minds by their messages of fear. Some people end up selling their houses or even clearing their bank account, sold their cars, or even give out their cars to these false preachers, believing that their deliverance will be settled.
If not for the love God has for Abraham Pharaoh would have taken Sarah to be his wife. If you call yourself a child of God, there is nothing to be afraid of. According to the book of Psalm 49:5, I am not afraid in times of danger when I am surrounded by enemies. Accept Jesus Christ today, welcome Him into your life and all fear will be gone.
