Hebrews 9:28 “So Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many; and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him.” He will come again, not to deal with our sins, but to bring salvation to all who are eagerly waiting for him.”
In the time of Moses, animals were used as a sacrifice for the forgiveness of sins. The people in the old testament sacrificed different kinds of animals because the lamb of God Jesus has not yet come.
In the new testament, when God sent his only begotten son to come and die for the sin of the world, the blood of bulls, cows, or sheep was no longer needed for the forgiveness of our sins. A new hope was born that gave us the ability to assess the presence of God without guilt. The law became a shadow of the good things to come, but not the realities themselves.
But in some churches today some, preachers still engage their followers into believing that paying huge sacrifices, which is equivalent to the bull, cows, ram, sheep, etc. is the only way that God will hear their prayer request. These are all but lies Hebrews 10:4 ”It is not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats take away sins” These false preachers make their followers continue raising an altar and demand that they must not allow it to lack blood. Some people keep on paying seeds and raising their altars with money that is either equivalent to goats, cow, ram, house, or a plot of land, etc. Instead of seeing results, their problems become worsen.
These false preachers then succeed in turning the attention of their followers away from the cross of Jesus through their manipulating doctrine.
In context, if the blood of bulls or goats can take away sins while continuing to pay these sacrifices year in year out without results. Rather the sacrifices become a reminder of their pains and sins, and that can only put such people in continual bondage.
This is why the book of 2 Corinthians 5:17,19 Therefore if any man is in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.
To be able to claim this new hope and life in Christ, it requires total submission to the will of God, a well-prepared body to serve and adore the only one whose blood brought us redemption and liberty.
Hebrews 10:9-13 confirmed it all it, explains to us that Jesus’s death has sanctified us forever, no more ancestral curses, death, demon oppression, etc. All was destroyed, on the cross, and Jesus is sitting at the right hand of the father waiting for those that ask, seek, and knock He, is ever ready to make all our enemies his footstool.
Be bold and courageous focus, on the cross of Jesus, begin to claim your rightful place in Christ. Disconnect yourself from all fears and whatsoever instigates fears in you. SAY NO TO FALSE PROPHETS AND THEIR FALSE DOCTRINE.
