Lots of people go around seeking attention from people and, in the process get hurt over and over again. They belittle themselves just to fit into others’ circle. They lose their worth just to be with someone. To be able to enjoy that innermost peace that has been given to us by God, you must never do these three things!
1.Never beg anyone to stay in your life. When you stay in your uniqueness, and you are being honest with yourself, anyone that comes into your life will have no reason to live, because you see yourself as complete and appreciate the good of work of God in you. When people see you, they will have no choice but to hang around.
2.Never beg anyone to talk to you. I have experienced this. I tried so many times to fit into a certain group, but the more I tried the lesser I become in their presence. I was underestimated and humiliated. When I was abandoned in relationships I thought I could find solace in some people, and I was constantly seeking their attention. Even when I call, it seems like I was bothering them. Or sometimes my call was not returned. I will leave voice messages, on WhatsApp, but there will be no reply. I became hurt the more. The moment I rediscovered myself, I found out that I am made complete, I only have to tap into the resources God has given to me through his word. Ever since my life has never been the same.
3.Never beg for anyone’s attention. Take the time to know you, love you, and be content with how God created you. Stay in your uniqueness, if what you are doing is not giving you the result you need, then change the seed you are sowing. Trying to seek attention will ruin your life. Love people, help those you can help, but never wait for people’s perception before you feel good. You are great and have all it takes to succeed.
Call on the name of God, because He is our strong tower, when you run into his presence, you will be saved. Nothing is more precious than the love and attention of Christ. Just dial the number JESUS and you will get a direct connection. In Him, there is no shadow of turning.
