Healing From Past Hurt! The Healing Of A Woman Soul!

Written by Jane van Zundert

Hi, I am Jane, I am married and a mother of four. My mission in life is to inspire and motivate you, on how you can break free from fear, shame, and resentment and start creating a balanced life, so that you can begin to enjoy your total freedom and never get stuck again in life.

Are You ready to let go of that attitude, fear, humiliation, and that shame? It’s time to stop feeling sorry for yourself and beating yourself up because someone abandoned you. Are you ready to move out of that mood and say to yourself irrespective of what I’ve been through I’m ready to let go? By saying to yourself that you’re bold and strong to push past all obstacles because you’re born to win. Strong people get healed and restored, they keep pushing on until they achieve their desire. Learn to be that strong person, despite the hurts you have been through.

If you don’t let go of the past you might keep on going around the same circle over and over again. You are the one to step up and claim your freedom. In the book of Matthew 5:8, Jesus says to the lame man “Get up! Pick up your mat and walk. What Christ was saying to the man is to shake off the past hurt and junk in his mind and body.

Try to help yourself today, by letting go of that shame, fear, humiliation, and resentment. Joseph made up his mind not to remain in that pit and ended up in the palace. What about Rehab, she decided that enough is enough, She was tired of being a prostitute and, because of her determination, she was able to get out of that shame. Speak to yourself. By saying I’m bold and, I deserve to be free from my past hurt! Let your logo and motto be freedom!
