God is lifting you this season don’t drop your hands. No matter how difficult your situation may seem keep your hands high unto the heavens. There is no temptation that you will not overcome when you learn to trust in the Lord.
In Exodus 17. The Israelites were rescued but somehow ended in a desert where there was no water. They forgot the power of God and how He parted the red sea to save them. Instead of waiting patiently and keeping worshipping God, they murmured. They lost their faith and hope in God and accused Moses of bringing them to die in the desert.
Have you found yourself in a situation where all hope seems lost, and all you want to do is complain? Do you no longer recognize the power of God because of your problems?
In the same chapter 17, the Amalek came to attack the Israelites and Moses sent out some men to fight the war while He went into the presence of God in prayers.
Sometimes in life, we need to learn how to balance our faith so that discouragement will not take over us. Joshua fought the Amalekites as Moses had ordered, and Moses, Aaron, and Hur went to the top of the hill. Moses ordered the men to raise his hand and as long as Moses held up his hands, the Israelites were winning, but whenever he lowered his hands, the Amalekites were winning.
This is what happens to us when we go into battles with our own strength, we lose faith and get tired.
Moses’ hands grew tired, that he told the men to put a stone under his hands. It was only when his hands were held high that Joshua finally defeated the Amalekites.
Like Moses, when that problem seems so tough. Learn to hold onto faith keep your mind and soul nourished with the word of God, and keep your hands high and call on God. Pray, praise, and worship Him in that storm and, you will be surprised how fast answers will come.
Do not drop your hand because God is lifting you in this season. Keep the faith and hope in Christ alone and, your life will never remain the same.
