Beware of any congregations or gathering where the preachers preach another gospel instead of the finished work of Christ. When you take a look around most places they call a church, you will agree that another gospel is what is being preached. Many false preachers have emerged who claim they are preaching the right message of Christ, but when critically viewed, it is another gospel.
Another gospel is when false preachers give false hope to their followers by telling them that God will do it when the real truth is God has already done it. We have been justified saved redeemed and delivered. Christ has paid the price. So any preachers that order you to pay for your deliverance either by the sowing of painful seed or to bring sand from your village or even tell you to drop your gold, car, house, close your bank account is nothing but a fraudster that needs to be in prison. These are the characteristics of preachers who preached another gospel.
Hebrews 10:12 says, ”But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins forever, sat down on the right hand of God.
With the above verse, we are free and have been justified and now have eternal life. So any preacher that commands you to buy anointing oil, salt, bottled juice referred to as the blood of Jesus, bottled water that has been labeled anointing water is preaching another gospel. They are into religion and have no clue of the finished work of Christ. Their business is to make money, and they do so by exploiting their followers.
In the book of 2 Corinthians, 11:3 But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtility so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.
As a believer, you are complete in Christ so stop running from place to place looking for a mere man who will stand in the gap for you. Once you are born again and, you believe in the finished work of Christ, you are in him and, He is in you.
James 1:17 says Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.
All the false preachers operate like the serpent in the Bible who is very cunning, make people see God, not as a giving God rather a God that demands money or materials things from them before He blesses them.
Know that another gospel is ever learning and never able to arrive at something. But in Christ, you have been made perfect and complete.
Galatians 1:6-7 ”I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting the one who called you to live in the grace of Christ and is turning to a different gospel which is really no gospel at all. Evidently, some people are throwing you into confusion and are trying to pervert the gospel of Christ”
