It’s important to feed yourself with the Word of God before going to sleep. After a long day, maybe at work, school staying home and, taking care of the kids.
There are many ways to do this, but my favorite is studying a portion of my Bible and, this might be just one chapter and allowing God to speak to me through His words. Yours might be refilling your spirit with beautiful gospel songs. Take it as a habit before retiring to sleep, appreciate the good work of God for the day. Take time to acknowledge the fact that it was all his doings that you are still alive to see to the end of that day.
Whatever did not work out that day, redirect it to God in prayers and be thankful for answered prayers. Do this before you go to bed because a grateful heart is a receiving heart and, your life will never remain the same.
