Lots of people don’t know the gravity of the word amen and that is why it is always misused, be careful about how you give out your amen.

Amen means yes and, it can also be used, to affirm the truth or express an agreement to something. From the above meaning of the word amen, it is wise to think before giving out your amen.

Most people, especially believers, give out their amen without really confirming what has been said. When a man and woman get married they give out their vows to each other and, they both agree to it and seal it up with amen. The union is joined together for better for worse. Likewise, in most churches today, people say amen to every prophecy without checking if it is coming from God or an agent of darkness [ false prophets].

Most believers get stuck in life just because of how they gave out their amen and, it is now working against them. People that run from one church to another seeking miracles will never mind who prays or prophesy to them. Whatever, they are told they agree to it by saying amen and, it is established in their life.

“For false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect.” Matthew 24:24.

Believe in the word of God and his promises for you. God sent his dear son Jesus Christ to die for our sins we are justified and have been delivered by his death. There is no need to run from church to church seeking who to go in the gap for you. Christ is in you and you in him.
