How far are you prepared in this hard and unpredictable season? Everything is been shut down, schools, hotels, care homes, boarders are been closed. It is no time to be scared, but time and season to come back to the maker of Heaven and earth. He said in his Word come to me all ye that are heavy laden and I will give you rest. God is that strong tower the righteous run to him and is saved.
In the book of Isaiah 24:1-23, when you read throughout the whole verse you will see where God has spoken through prophet Isaiah, this is real it is the sign of end time, all God requires from you is to come back to Him as you are, He is not looking for a perfect person, God knows we all are sinners, but the thing He is waiting for is for you to acknowledge Him and accept Him as Your Lord and personal Savior.
If there is anything needed from you in this unpredictable time is faith. You need to build on your faith. Without faith, nothing works, where everyone is confused not knowing what to do, it where your faith needs to work for you. Just like the prodigal son, he thought all he needed was money, so he took his share of his father’s inheritance and went into a far country, only to discover that it is better to go back to his father, when all he had was finished he took to faith as the last hope and said, I will go back to my father and I know I am not worthy, but I will work in his farm if he allows me, he left and returned to his father.
His faith worked for him, he was welcomed and celebrated. The same Jesus wants from you today. He is calling on you today in this season of coronavirus, to come to Him have faith that this virus is not for you and your family and it will be so.
Repent of your sinful ways, one thing that keeps you away from God is sin. When sin is too much it gets God angry and that is what we are seeing today in the world. God has used a lot of people to preach His Word, even a mad man in the street has spoken concerning the kingdom of God, prophets, teachers even God has used little children to tell you that the kingdom of God is at hand. Come to him today and begin to enjoy innermost peace.
Learn to praise and worship God this season. Repent of your sin, make the Bible a book to read and meditate on this season. In the book of Isaiah 24:3,” The earth will be completely laid waste and totally plundered. The Lord has spoken this word. The earth dries up and withers, the world languishes and withers, the heavens languish with the earth. The earth is defiled by its people they have disobeyed the laws violated the statutes and broken the everlasting covenant”.
That is what we are experiencing now, everything is shut down. What else will happen is uncertain, according to the book of Isaiah, it has been written long before now that this season will come, it is a warning. Turn to Jesus today and He will see you through.
Serve God with all your heart this season, ask for mercy and be ready for the second coming of Jesus Christ. Make the Lord your strong tower, make the road of righteousness your point of duty, work hard on your salvation and stay away from things that don’t glory the name of the Lord.
Prayer
My father, my guidance. Lord, please help me in this unpredictable season, to press forward looking unto you as my helper. Help me to seek Your face and visit me with the Holy Spirit that will lead me to that strong Tower because now l know in you alone will l be saved in Jesus’s name I pray. Amen.
