Every one of us has a form of insecurities most people are so good at hiding theirs, while others can break down from insecurities.

Most times what causes this insecurity is because we worry about lots of things, like not being good-looking, not tall enough, not intelligent enough, not being able to keep a job, or sometimes about our relationship, we worry too much about what people say about us or what they will say about us. These are the things that keep so people in bondage. When you look at social media today, lots of people have become depressed just because they want to look like the polished image they see on-air. Below are some of the things that make us insecure.

1. Free Yourself From Past hurt

Forgiving yourself and everyone that hurt you in the past and knowing that people have their struggles and maybe dealing also with insecurities so by forgiving them will not only give you peace of mind but will help you make room for new opportunities.

2. Love Yourself And Accept You

Taking the time to accept you, will be a great achievement in knowing you and what gets you irritated. No matter what the case may be, if you don’t love you, no one will do. The amount of love you give to yourself will determine how people will treat you.

3. Self Development

Working on your personal development will enable you to practice self-approval, this means that never to wait for people to approve whatever you do, like posts on Facebook retweet likes, and comments on Youtube or Instagram. When you know within yourself that what you do gives you peace of mind, those that value and know your self-worth will locate you someday, but for the meantime, practice your self-approval by working on your personal development.

4. Stay Away From Competition

Comparing yourself to others will break you down and take your focus away from you. When others are having fun or traveling to places and happy, the only thing that will help you is to be happy for them. We all are unique in our ways. Where others are progressing, you may try the road and hit a stumbling block because your talent is different from theirs.

5. Learn To Take One Step

Taking one step at a time is the best way to move past your insecurities. Learn to trust yourself and have faith in whatever you do. Have the confidence that everything is going to be ok as long as you don’t doubt yourself.

Remember l am your sister in Christ.

Love you.

Remain blessed.
