In times of tribulation, take a break. Try giving yourself a chance to take in everything that is going on in your life.
Sometimes meditation can be very helpful as this allows you to breathe and have a deep reflection on the situation.
No matter how cloudy your circumstances are, try to find positivity in those tribulations. Tell yourself to slow down and observe why things are the way they are. But you must know your environment and never allow anyone to drag you down. Try finding peace in that situation as this will allow you to see clearly in that tribulation.
